Temp to Perm Office Assistant

Please note, that initially this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Office Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence to ensure smooth office operations
Assisting with finance tasks including invoicing and expense processing to support business efficiency
Organising team events and coordinating office activities to foster a positive work environment
Supporting HR administration, including record keeping and onboarding processes, to maintain accurate employee data
Managing office supplies and systems to ensure functionality and organisation
Providing front-of-house support to visitors and callers, enhancing the company’s professional image

Office Assistant Experience Essentials
Prior experience in an administrative role, either through a university degree and some work experience, or within a corporate environment
Confident IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
Proactive, enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and contribute
Interest in the creative industry and experience working in an owner-led SME is advantageous
Effective communicator with organised and time-management skills
Location
This role is based near Abingdon with three days onsite. Due to the location you must have access to a car - onsite parking is available for ease of commute.
