We are working with a valued client who is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist based in Didcot.
This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the Facilities team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional, and high-quality customer experience
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area, ensuring high visual standards across all front-of-house spaces
Carry out regular meeting room checks and building walk-throughs, reporting any issues to the Facilities team
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Support with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entryRequirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitudeWorking Hours will be 7am to 7pm , various days.
