Job Description

Office Administrator 
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1hour for lunch) 
Parking on site 
Temporary Opportunity, £14ph- £27,000pa (Minimum 4month contract)

Key Responsibitiies: 

Answering telephone
Liaise with main reception regarding post and parcels
Organise parcel deliveries
Photocopying
Filing
Assist with finance administration
Assist with Project Management requests
Assist with tenders and compliance (document downloads)
 Skills:

Office Experience (at least 1-2 years)
Fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Attention to detail
Good command of English
Clear and articulate communicator
Flexible, with a can-do attitude
