About the Role
We are currently working with a good client of ours who is on the lookout for an experienced On-Site Project Manager to oversee a facade and cladding project in Great Yarmouth in the new year. The successful candidate will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage day-to-day site operations for facade and cladding works

  * 

    Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics

  * 

    Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications

  * 

    Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations

  * 

    Work closely with the Contracts Manager and client team to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication channels

  * 

    Review drawings, sequencing, and installation methods

  * 

    Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience managing facade, cladding, or envelope projects

  * 

    Strong knowledge of installation methods, materials, and regulations

  * 

    Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

  * 

    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

  * 

    CSCS card required; SMSTS and First Aid preferred

  * 

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
