Operational Excellence Manager

Plymouth, Commutable from Tavistock, Yelverton, Ivybridge, Saltash

Up to £57,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme + 33 Days Holiday + Life Insurance + Private Healthcare + Excellent Progression Opportunities

Excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing improvement professional to join a market-leading, international organisation where you'll drive site-wide excellence, lead major improvement initiatives, and play a key role in shaping future manufacturing performance.

Renowned for product quality, innovation, and continuous investment in their people and facilities, they are now seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to support ongoing transformation across the site.

The Role:

Drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing areas, improving OEE, quality, waste, and overall operational performance
Implement Lean tools (6S, problem solving, RCA, VSM, PDCA)
Coach and influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements, champion cultural change, accountability, and high-performance behaviours
Standard office hours with flexi time

The Person:

Experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in continuous improvement
Lean Six Sigma experience (ideally Green Belt+ level)
Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills
