Operations Coordinator (Warehouse)

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire 

Salary:  £26,000 – £28,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week  

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to join our operations warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, supporting both the operational and administrative functions.

In this role, you’ll support procurement activities by assisting with equipment purchasing for customer sites, carry out a range of warehouse duties, and provide general administrative support, including document management, ISO-related coordination across departments, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines.

Skills and Experience: 

Minimum of one years’ experience using Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. 
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures.  
Knowledge of ISO, procurement, or logistics would be desirable but not essential.
