Job Description

Keystone are delighted to be supporting a leading and reputable elderly care home provider. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee and optimise operations across multiple sites in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in senior operations management and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £90,000 per annum + Bonus 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery across all care homes
Oversee the implementation of high standards in care and hospitality to maintain the luxury brand reputation
Drive business growth by optimising the self-pay market strategies and enhancing customer experiences
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, focusing on continuous improvement in quality assurance
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with the company's strategic goals
Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium service standards
Foster a culture of excellence and innovation among staff, promoting professional development and engagementRequired Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in senior operations management
In-depth knowledge of quality and compliance standards in healthcare
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
