As an Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple sites across Berkshire, driving performance, strengthening client relationships and setting the standard for safety and efficiency.

Shift & Pay:
* £50,000 to £65,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday - 07:00am to 17:00pm
* Saturdays - 07:00am to 12:00pm
Key responsibilities:
* Provide overall leadership for recycling and waste processing operations
* Take accountability for operational, financial, safety, and environmental performance
* Lead and develop multi-site teams including Supervisors and Maintenance staff
* Monitor loads, recycling levels, and produce operational reports
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance, reviewing risk assessments and policies
* Manage budgets authorisation and drive cost savings without compromising standards
* Maintain environmental compliance and permits
Requirements:
* WAMITAB Level 4 and CPC Managers Qualification essential
* Proven experience in multi-site waste management or heavy industry operations
* Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and budget ownership
* Expert knowledge of Health & Safety legislation (NEBOSH or IOSH preferred)
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP, excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
* Licences for 360 excavator, HGV, and forklift desirable
