Role: Operations & Quality Manager – Social Care

Role will include:

Oversee day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Liaise weekly with managers, residents, relatives, and staff, ensuring open lines of communication.

Mentor and coach managers, build their skills, supervise, and support training needs.

Monitor staff supervisions, appraisals, turnover, development, and ensure robust compliance with regulatory standards.
*
Respond promptly to statutory communications, working closely with senior leadership to ensure timely, well-documented responses.

Operate an open-door policy, championing transparency, and collaboration.
