Key Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of a high-value, multi-site contract across Bristol, ensuring performance and compliance at every level:
Take full ownership of a PFI contract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
Oversee Facilities Management service delivery across multiple sites
Manage budgets, financial performance, and lifecycle planning
Lead, develop, and support site-based teams and managers
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement
Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high service standards
What we're looking for:
To be successful as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you must have the following:
Essential: Strong experience within Facilities Management (FM) and proven delivery of PFI contracts
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-site operations
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance
Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets
A recognised technical or FM qualification (IWFM, NEBOSH or similar preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
