Security Operations Support – Filton, UK

12-month contract (likely extension)

35 hours per week

£28/hr Umbrella | £20.93/hr PAYE

We are looking for a Security Operations Support professional to join our site team in Filton. You will help deliver physical security, fire safety, and emergency response across the site, supporting security systems, risk management, and supplier performance.

What you’ll do:

  * Support security operations and risk assessments

  * Assist with fire safety and emergency response

  * Manage security system issues and supplier compliance

  * Coordinate investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  * Experience in corporate or industrial security

  * Knowledge of security risk management

  * Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  * Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders

Security clearance: BPSS to start; SC clearable required

Work pattern: Full-time onsite initially, hybrid after training (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
