Job Description

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to life-changing products? We’re looking for Operations Technician to support manufacturing and quality processes at a state-of-the-art facility in Pencoed, Bridgend. 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company on a 3 months initial contract, with potential for extension.

Pay Rate: £12.84 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities Operations Technician: 

Carry out dispensing and other production tasks
Perform routine quality checks on materials and finished products
Formulate solutions for use
Operate and maintain production equipment
Accurately record production data
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area

What We’re Looking For Operations Technician:

Basic Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C+)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible with shift work, including weekends and overtime
