Hours: Monday – Friday - 30 hours per week ( seasonal extra hours available)
We are recruiting on behalf of a purpose-led UK business specialising in plastic-free, natural and environmentally responsible personal care, home care, and wellness products.
This is a permanent, role within a growing eco manufacturer and retailer based in Long Stratton, Norfolk.
Our client is recognised for its commitment to zero greenwashing, plastic-free packaging, and naturally derived ingredients, with many products developed and manufactured on site using minimal and sustainable processing methods.
The business exists to make eco living more accessible, affordable, and practical, offering everything from natural skincare and haircare to cleaning, dental and household essentials all designed to reduce environmental impact and avoid unnecessary chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately
• Preparing parcels using plastic-free and recyclable packaging materials
• Maintaining stock organisation and supporting inventory control
• Ensuring all orders meet high quality and accuracy standards
• Supporting wider warehouse and fulfilment operations as required
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries via telephone, email, and chat.
• Maintaining onsite health and safety, including applying safe manual handling principles when lifting heavy items.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and consistency in accuracy
• Interest in sustainability or eco-friendly products (advantageous)
• Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfilment experience (desirable)
