Job Description

An exciting and fast-growing hospitality group, led by a highly entrepreneurial Managing Director, is entering a major growth phase over the next three years. 
 The MD is a dynamic, people-first leader with multiple business interests and is now looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to bring structure, organisation, and momentum to both business and personal commitments.

The Role
This is far more than a traditional PA role. You will act as the right hand to a fast-paced, high-energy MD, bringing order to a busy and often chaotic schedule, ensuring priorities are met, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
 You’ll need to be confident, proactive, and comfortable managing upwards, someone who can keep the MD focused, organised, and where they need to be at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Full diary and schedule management across multiple businesses
Coordinating meetings, travel, and key business commitments
Acting as a gatekeeper and point of organisation for the MD
Managing both business and occasional personal admin tasks
Supporting with bookkeeping and financial tracking (Xero)
Maintaining spreadsheets and operational trackers (Excel)
Ensuring deadlines, priorities, and key actions are followed through
Weekly in-person meeting with the MD to align priorities
Bringing structure and organisation to a fast-moving environment
About You

Proven experience as a PA / EA supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing a busy, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic individual
Direct, assertive, and able to challenge when needed
People-focused with excellent communication skills
Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero (or similar)
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven
Comfortable working flexibly and independently
