Position: Paint Sprayer – Night Shift

Location: Cardiff

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 DOE + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime

A growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a Paint Sprayer who enjoys working independently, maintaining high standards, and being part of a quality-driven operation.

Role Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and sanding

Apply paint coatings using spray equipment to a high-quality standard

Mix paints and ensure correct specifications are followed

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain spray booths and equipment in line with safety standards

Identify and rectify defects where required

Work to production targets while maintaining high quality standards

Follow all health & safety procedures and guidelines

The Person:

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer 

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Knowledge of spray painting techniques and materials

High attention to detail and quality-focused approach

Comfortable working night shifts independently
