Employment Type: Temporary (3 months) with potential for permanent placement
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
Additional Hours: 1 in 4 Saturdays
Hourly Rate: £19.44
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and motivated Painter to join a busy and well-established bodyshop team in Livingston. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who's confident in their craft, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a role with long-term potential.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing vehicles for paintwork - masking, sanding, and getting surfaces ready
Spray painting using water-based paints to a high standard
Matching colours accurately and preparing spray-out cards for precision
Keeping your workspace clean and equipment well-maintained
Supporting other areas of the bodyshop when needed - teamwork is key
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician / Paint Sprayer (essential)
A full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Confidence working independently and making decisions on the job
A team player who's happy to support junior technicians and share knowledge
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work
A genuine interest in the motor industry and a proactive, can-do attitude
