Painter & Decorator - Property Services (Bathrooms & Kitchens)
Location: Cramlington
Contract Length: 3 Months
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator specialising in property services, particularly in the refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reliable and respected team delivering high-quality work across occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior painting and decorating within domestic bathrooms and kitchens

Surface preparation including stripping, filling, sanding, priming and finishing

Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a high standard

Ensuring clean, tidy, and safe working environments

Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)

DBS Check - valid and up to date

Asbestos Awareness certification (UKATA or IATP)

CSCS Card - required for site access

Own tools and transport essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes

Experience working in domestic or property services environments
