Parking Manager
£35,000 – £40,000 plus Company Car, Bonus scheme, fuel card, pension plan, premium healthcare, 22 days + bank holidays, chances to progress further within the company Group!
Location: London or Thames Valley
Hours: 40 hours per week (travel incorporated into working hours)
Travel: UK-wide site visits
We are recruiting a hands-on Parking Manager to lead operations across active and prospective sites throughout the UK. This is a field-based role with a strong operational focus, ideal for someone already embedded in the parking sector and ready to take ownership of both frontline and back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day parking operations across multiple sites
Manage a small team of patrol officers, ensuring coverage and compliance
Coordinate back-office processing and enforcement workflows
Conduct site visits and assess new location viability
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain service standards
As Parking Manager, you will be expected to bring structure, consistency, and leadership to a growing portfolio. You will be the key point of contact for operational issues and will play a central role in shaping future site development.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in parking operations — candidates from other industries will not be considered
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Willingness to travel across the UK as required (travel will be incorporated into working hours)!
No formal certifications needed, but practical experience is essential!
This Parking Manager role offers a full-time contract with standard working hours. There is no shift or weekend work, and you will be supported by a small, dedicated team.
