This well-established, reputable organisation based in Cranleigh are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a part time basis. You will be joining a brilliant business that offers great career stability and a fantastic working culture. This role will be 14 hours a week and is very flexible on how these hours are worked but office attendance is required. A great opportunity for an experienced finance professional that is looking to work in a sole charge role.

Part Time Finance Manager – About The Role

In this role you will be solely responsible for the running of the finance function and will be reporting into the Directors. Previous experience in managing a finance function is highly desirable for this role and your key responsibilities will be: 

Preparation of quarterly management accounts including commentary. 
	
Prepare year-end finance information in support of the annual accounts. 
	
Complete and submit quarterly VAT and other returns as required. 
	
Manage supplier payments, ensuring invoices are approved and paid on a timely basis. 
	
Manage other payments including payroll, VAT and other taxes.
	
Reconcile the bank account and credit card statements on a regular basis. 
	
Ensure financial controls are in place at all times. 
	
Provided information and support to directors as required.  

The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have:

Previous experience in a similar position
	
Sole charge/SME experience is essential 
	
Experience in using Sage
	
Be within commuting distance of Cranleigh
