Cheltenham | 3-4 Days Per Week
£12.50 – £15.50 per hour
Our client, a friendly and well-established accountancy practice, is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to support with day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with Xero experience who is looking for part-time work in a professional, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
  * Input and process financial data accurately using Xero
  * Reconcile bank statements and ensure records are kept up to date
  * Assist with invoicing, expense processing, and basic bookkeeping duties
  * Maintain organised financial files and documentation
  * Provide general administrative support to the Accountant
  * Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance at all times
About you
  * Previous experience using Xero is essential
  * Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  * Good understanding of basic bookkeeping
  * Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  * Friendly, professional manner with good communication skills
  * Ideal for someone seeking flexible part-time hours (3-4 days per week)
