Join our dynamic team as a Parts Advisor at our Southport branch. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an attractive salary of £27,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to £30,000 OTE through bonus schemes.

Provide expert advice and excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients seeking vehicle parts
Accurately identify and locate vehicle parts using technical knowledge and stock control systems
Maintain organised stock areas, ensuring parts are stored securely and in pristine condition
Process sales, handle payments, and ensure all stock movements adhere to company policies
Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure the smooth flow of parts and meet customer requirements
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including new brands and modelsEssential Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar dealership environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle layouts, parts identification, and stock management systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills to manage stock accurately and efficiently
