Job Description

Our client, a well-established family-run dealership group in Caerphilly, is actively seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their dedicated team.

 The Parts Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional parts sales and customer service in a busy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Parts Advisor looking to develop their career within a reputable organisation with significant growth plans.

Benefits:

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
Performance-related bonus scheme, with earnings approximately £300 per month
Additional bonuses from manufacturer incentives
Paid overtime at time and a half, subject to availability

Receive and process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt dispatch
Identify customer parts requirements professionally and courteously
Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to parts sales
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Utilise dealer management systems (preferably Kerridge) and electronic parts catalogues effectively
Support sales initiatives and help foster excellent customer relationshipsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a dealership setting; motor factor experience also considered
Strong IT skills, including experience with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Resident within a reasonable commute of Caerphilly
