Job Description

Parts Supervisor required for Automotive Main Dealer in the Eastbourne area.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent on experience likely to have a starting salary of around £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000.

The hours of work in this Parts Supervisor role are Monday to Friday - 08:00 – 17:30.

A previous working experience as a Parts Supervisor / Senior Parts Advisor
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts TeamResponsibilities:

Oversee the daily running of the Parts Department
Liaise with workshop and service teams to supply parts accurately and on time
Manage stock control, orders, and returns
Maintain excellent supplier relationships
Ensure departmental targets are met
Support and coach junior members of the team
