    Parts Supervisor – Boston

Working Hours: Rotational Shift Monday - Friday, Week 1: 07:00 - 15:30, Week 2: 10:30 - 18:00 + Saturday 08:00 - 13:00 

Salary: From £32,926 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

We have an exciting opportunity at Scania Boston. As Parts Team Leader you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Parts department. You will be a forward thinker, able to build positive working relationships, collaboratively manage your team, improve processes, and ensure our customers receive a fantas-tic service.

Key Responsibilities:

 •    Monitor and enhance performance and processes. 
•    Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
•    Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
•    Actively manage stock checks with a view improving workflow where possible.
•    Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
