Pastoral Manager

 Hourly Rate: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience

 About the Role
Provide pastoral support to students, promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement
Work closely with teaching staff and senior leadership to support student progress
Manage and respond to behavioural issues in line with school policies
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies
Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and student welfare, implementing interventions where requiredAbout the School

Previous experience in a pastoral, behaviour, or support role within an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
