The Role

We're looking for a confident and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.

EMEA Experience? Fantastic.

If you have experience processing EMEA payroll, that's a strong advantage.
 If you don't-but you're eager to learn and expand into EMEA payroll, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your international payroll expertise. We value curiosity and development just as much as experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies
Supporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll records
Partnering with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Solid knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
EMEA payroll knowledge (desirable, not essential)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
