Manage and oversee payroll systems to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies and regulations.
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.
Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to address payroll-related queries.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on payroll system issues.
Prepare and present payroll reports for management review.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
Support system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.Profile

A successful Payroll Systems Lead should have:

Proven experience in payroll systems (Oracle Fusion) within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting & finance principles.
