My client is recruiting for a People Advisor on a temporary assignment to support during a maternity cover period. This role is ideal for a strong HR Coordinator looking to step up, or an HR Advisor seeking a hands-on generalist position.
Location: Cambridgeshire, free car park
Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days working from home
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for HR queries
Support recruitment and onboarding
Manage low-level employee relations cases
Ensure HR compliance
Support pensions, benefits, and probation processesAbout You
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (preferred)
HR experience with some ER exposure
