Planner – Permanent Role | Chelmsford

A well-established and growing housing organisation based in Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Planner to join their busy and expanding team.

The Role:

  * Managing and scheduling repairs and maintenance works

  * Coordinating operatives and ensuring efficient allocation of jobs

  * Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams

  * Monitoring job progress and ensuring service levels are met

  * Supporting the wider team with planning and administrative tasks

What’s on Offer:

  * Permanent position (37 hours per week)

  * Salary: £31,500

  * Full-time office-based training for the first 6 months

  * Hybrid working available after training period

About You:

  * Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role (ideally within housing, repairs, or maintenance)
