Job Description

Gotpeople are currently working with a well-established local horticultural company and are recruiting Seasonal Horticultural Operatives to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work in an outdoor or greenhouse environment.

The Role

Order picking plants and horticultural products
General production and plant handling duties
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Some heavy lifting involved

What to Expect

This is a physically demanding role where you will:

Be on your feet for the full shift
Regularly bend and lift as part of picking duties
Work both independently and within a team
Full training will be provided, so no previous experience is required.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday to Friday
07:30am – 5:30pm (approx.)
Day shifts only

Location

Due to the location, your own transport is essential (no public transport access)
