Job Description

We are recruiting Plastic Pack Wash Operatives for our client, a leading free-range and organic egg producer, based in Lacock, Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities

  * Effectively clean all company plastics including trays, machinery and tools

  * Promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff

  * Work as part of a team and carry out tasks according to instructions

  * Only operate machinery that you have been trained to use

  * Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition

  * Play your part in the health and safety policy — be safety conscious in every task you perform and look out for the safety of others

  * Ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times

  * Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures

  * Follow company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  * Warehouse experience is essential

  * Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is essential

  * Level 2 or above Food Safety and HACCP is advantageous but not essential — training provided

  * Consistent 4on4off shift pattern 06:00-18:00

  * Team player with attention to detail

  * Willingness to learn

  * Excellent attitude and work ethic
