Job Description

Plumber Multi Trade Required - Cornwall

Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in the Cornwall area on a response and minor works maintenance contract with a busy contractor.

Plumber Multi Benefits/ details:

£35,(Apply online only) per annum 
Van fuel card
Holiday pay 20 days bank holidays
Weekly payPlumber Multi Trade Day to Day:

All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
Main focus on plumbing work
Response and minor works
Dealing with customers, keeping them at ease when needed, explaining works
Completing a variety of works in various other trades
Driving a company van safely and responsibly
Reporting to your supervisorPlumber Multi Trade Requirements:

Plumbing qualification or time served
Good multi trade experience 
Previous experience working within social housing
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidateThis is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor and have continuous work in the Cornwall area.
