Plumbing & Heating Engineer – Job Overview
We are partnering with a fast growing renewable energy company based in Oxfordshire who are seeking experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineers to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands on experience who is looking to progress, upskill, and work within a supportive, safety focused environment. Full training is available for the right candidate.
About the Role
This position involves both local and nationwide work so you must have a full UK driving licence and be happy travelling nationwide. There is also on the job training provided throughout. Your day-to-day duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in domestic properties, including unvented cylinders, radiators, and associated components.
You’ll work as part of a close knit team on projects typically lasting 3–5 days, with bonuses available for completing jobs ahead of schedule. You will also be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and using a variety of hand and power tools confidently and safely.

NVQ Level 2 – Plumbing & Heating

Minimum 4 years’ plumbing installation experience

Unvented G3 qualification
*
Gas qualifications
*
CSCS card
*
Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits Package

£35,000 – £48,000 + bonus

Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Travel Pay: 1 hour each way paid
