Up to £30k
Thurrock (RM16) Full-time | Office-based | 9:00am – 5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and organised Post Completions Clerk to join a friendly, supportive team at a well-established firm based in RM16. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in post completions who is looking to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will manage post-completion work for residential property transactions across the firm, including preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, handling Stamp Duty submissions, and ensuring all lender requirements are met. You will also maintain accurate records, update case management systems, respond to client and third-party queries, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
