TEMP work  - Immediate Starts Available 

Multiple PPT Warehouse Operatives WANTED- LINCOLN / SLEAFORD Area

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for experienced PPT Drivers / Despatch Operatives to join our client's busy teams across Lincoln and Sleaford for the Christmas peak period. 

This is a temporary role with the potential to continue into January 2026 for the right candidates. 

Pay Rates:

Days:£14.11 per hour

Nights:£15.87 per hour 

Shift Patterns available:

A Shift/ B Shift (4 on, 3 off, 4 on, 3 off etc) 

Days:6.00am- 18.00pm 

Nights:18.00pm-6.00am 

Job Role requirements:

Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse environment
Trained in Powered Pallet Truck usage 
Ability to load a vehicle within a 30 minute target time
Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude
Flexibility to work between both Lincoln and Sleaford sites 
Start date: ASAP 

Intial interview followed by trial day to assess loading capability. 

Training provided prior to full shift allocation
