Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills. • Excellent numeracy/literacy skills.

• Excellent behaviour management skills.

• The ability to be flexible, show initiative, be reliable and enthusiastic.

• Have the drive and determination to make a difference • Have high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour

• Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious

• Recent and relevant experience of working with children

• High expectations of children’s achievement. Requirements:

• A relevant teaching assistant qualification that qualifies you to work as a HLTA

• A nurturing and child-centred approach to teaching, with a passion for supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners.

• A current Enhanced DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to obtain one. Benefits:
