Role: Primary Teacher Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Start date: January 2026 Salary: £32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications). About the role: Are you a dedicated and flexible Primary Teacher seeking a role that offers variety and a healthy work–life balance? Heart of Supply is pleased to be recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work with our trusted partner schools in Boston and nearby areas from January 2026. This role offers a mix of day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term assignments across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You’ll have the opportunity to teach in a range of friendly Boston schools, delivering purposeful lessons, using the plans provided, and helping to maintain a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere while the class teacher is away. We’re looking for motivated and dependable Primary School Teachers who can build positive relationships quickly, manage the classroom with confidence, and bring a steady, encouraging approach to every setting. Whether you’re introducing early learners to new skills or guiding older pupils through key curriculum content, your work will have a meaningful impact each day.
