Role: Primary Teacher Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Start date: January 2026 Salary: £32,916 -£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications). About the role: Are you a confident and creative Primary Teacher looking for a flexible role where no two days feel the same? Heart of Supply is delighted to be recruiting Primary Teachers to support our valued partner schools across Skegness and the surrounding coastal communities from January 2026. This versatile Primary Teacher role includes opportunities for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer placements across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2. You’ll experience a variety of welcoming Skegness schools, delivering high-quality lessons, working from clear planning, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment in the teacher’s absence. We’re keen to welcome adaptable, proactive Primary Teachers who build relationships quickly, manage behaviour with confidence, and bring enthusiasm and stability to each new classroom. Whether you’re leading hands-on learning with younger pupils or supporting older children through key curriculum challenges, you’ll play a meaningful part in their educational journey every day.
