Supply Teacher – Flexible Working Opportunities
Location: Mansfield, Newark & Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Pay Rate: £160 - £200 per day
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)
Contract: Flexible Supply Work (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout Mansfield, Newark, and Worksop.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
Ensure pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout lessons.
Provide feedback to schools on pupil progress and lesson outcomes where required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching within UK schools.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Are flexible, reliable, and adaptable.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Are passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development.
Can confidently deliver lessons across a range of age groups and abilities.
