SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a wonderful independent SEMH school in Barking & Dagenham. The school specialises in educating young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
They are looking for a primary teacher to teach a small group of KS2 students (year 3 and year 4).
You will only teach 1 or 2 children at once.

There will be a lot of freedom in this role- you will be able to be very creative, design and deliver your own bespoke curriculum specific to the students' needs. If you like the idea of freedom with your teaching and you are someone who loves thinking outside of the box, this is the role for you!

ABOUT YOU
Applicants will ideally have QTS, but application from unqualified teachers/cover supervisors are considered
Ideally have experience in an SEMH/PRU setting
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting the needs and rights of children
Believe in restorative practice and trauma- informed approaches
Resilient and thick-skinned, with strong behaviour management skills
