Primary Teaching Assistant - Bury St Edmunds 
 
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children in education? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school located in Bury St Edmunds. 
 
Location: Bury St Edmunds

About the Role: 
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of educational needs. Your role will be vital in helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
· Assisting with classroom activities and learning plans 
· Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing 
· Working one-to-one or in small groups 
· Collaborating with teachers and parents

· Experience working with children within education 
· A caring, patient, and resilient nature 
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
· A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children 
· Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable
