Primary Teaching Assistant - Bedfordshire - Mainstream Schools (SEN Support: ASC, ADHD, MLD) - Temp to Perm - Weekly Pay - Short & Long-Term Roles

Are you a calm, nurturing and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant based in Bedfordshire?

Looking for rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference in a local school?

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of mainstream primary schools across Bedfordshire who are seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs.

In this role, you will work closely with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Global Developmental Delay. You'll play a key role in helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop important social and communication skills within a supportive classroom environment.

We have a variety of short-term and long-term opportunities available across the county.

Tradewind works closely with a number of welcoming mainstream schools throughout Bedfordshire that would greatly benefit from your support.

What's on offer:

£95-£100 per day (PAYE)

Full-time, short-term and long-term roles available

Temp-to-perm opportunities

Free access to CPD and training

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children with SEN

Be patient, reliable and positive in approach

Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
