 Your duties and responsibilities will be

Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and specialists, ensuring consistent quality and professional growth.
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Significant experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex mechanical projects to high standards.
