Print Production Manager - West Yorkshire

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Print Production Manager to join their dynamic team. Specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of branded environments, graphics, and exhibitions, our client operates across the UK and is seeking a motivated individual to oversee their print production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Manage and coordinate the production of large format print jobs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  * Lead and supervise a production team, fostering a productive and efficient working environment.

  * Ensure all work complies with company quality control procedures and industry standards.

  * Operate large format printers as required, maintaining equipment and troubleshooting technical issues to minimise downtime.

  * Plan and prioritise production schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

  * Maintain health and safety standards within the production environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  * Proven experience in a production management role within the large format print, exhibition, or displays industries.

  * Previous experience managing a team in a production setting.

  * Hands-on experience operating large format printers.

  * Strong organisational and time management skills.

  * Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits:
