Location: Lincoln
 Position: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our well-established and supportive Private Client team at our Lincoln office.

The Role

You will work closely with Solicitors, providing high-quality support across a wide range of private client matters. This varied position will give you exposure to:

Drafting and assisting with wills

Probate applications and estate administration

Advising on and supporting the creation and management of trusts

Preparing lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)

General client care and file management

About You

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal (essential)

Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently

A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism
