A growing iGaming platform provider is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a modular igaming platform used by multiple brands. The role sits at the centre of product delivery, ensuring the platform evolves in line with player behaviour, client requirements, and wider industry trends. You’ll help strengthen the product function, shape delivery processes, and support the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on position with real influence, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, and commercial.
You’ll oversee day-to-day product operations to keep the platform stable and running smoothly, while managing and refining the roadmap and backlog so priorities are clear across the business. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, QA, operational teams, and commercial leads to move features from concept to release, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive player engagement. The role includes maintaining accurate game configurations and provider integrations, managing compliance requirements, and building a structured internal hub for specifications, documentation, and release notes. You’ll act as a key point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and decisions, while supporting long-term planning and helping define how the product evolves across multiple brands and markets. As the function grows, you’ll also help hire, mentor, and support a small product team.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management within iGaming
Strong background managing product delivery cycles, roadmaps, and backlog prioritisation.
Experience introducing structure into a growing environment and supporting junior team members.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple configurations, client setups, and detailed platform documentation.
Confident working across engineering, QA, operations, commercial, and client-facing teams.
Familiarity with platform integrations including game providers, payments, CRM/loyalty systems, and KYC/AML processes.
Strong understanding of player behaviour, user journeys, and engagement within gaming environments.
