Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a premium food business during an exciting period of growth and scale-up. As Process Technologist, you will take ownership of manufacturing processes end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in ensuring products move seamlessly from development into full-scale production. 

Working closely across the departments, you'll lead factory trials and scale-ups, translate recipes into robust manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements across yield, efficiency, and quality. You'll also act as a key problem-solver on site, troubleshooting production challenges and ensuring all processes remain compliant with food safety standards.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a Process Technologist role within food manufacturing, ideally within chilled production. You'll be hands-on, detail-focused and confident taking the lead on process ownership in a fast-moving environment, with a strong understanding of HACCP and continuous improvement.

This is a role with real ownership and the opportunity to shape how manufacturing evolves as the business continues to scale.
