dnata Catering UK are actively seeking a Production Coordinator to join our already successful and vibrant team at Gatwick airport. As a Production Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline customers on time in line with various scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain compliance and due diligence records.• Collect, scan, file, and maintain waste documentation records.• Complete daily due diligence checks and compliance reviews.• Maintain employee hours and attendance records within Workday.• Monitor production paperwork and specification compliance.• Maintain and update specifications, paperwork in C base, tablets• Maintain training records and training matrix.• Conduct in-house training sessions.• Update personnel files and employee records.• Prepare and support documentation for internal and external audits.• Produce and amend operational documentation as required • Review and respond to airline flight reports.• Support Planning and Seal Control functions during absences.• Support onboarding activities for new starters.• Assist operational management with ad-hoc projects and compliance initiatives.• Conduct periodic safety footwear audits.
This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary dependant on locality or role complexity and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To undertake this role, you must:
• Previous administrative experience in an operational, manufacturing, food production, aviation, or logistics environment.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.• Excellent communication and organisational skills.• Experience with compliance documentation and training administration is desirable.• Good verbal and written communication skills.
