Production Shift Operations Manager - Bournemouth

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 + shift allowance
 Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitabilityRequirements

Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
Experience within automotive or high-volume production environments is advantageousWhat's in it for You?
