Deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective production methods, ensuring strong manufacturing standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement using lean tools, value engineering, and root‑cause analysis to enhance capability and eliminate waste.
Monitor performance data, analyse downtime trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain best‑in‑class reliability.
Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations, governing body requirements, and quality standards.
Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across the department.
Manage, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high performance.
Build strong internal and external relationships to support manufacturing strategy and delivery.Profile
The successful Production Manager should have:
A strong background in manufacturing within automotive, aerospace or precision engineering.
Proven expertise in managing production processes and teams.
Strong technical understanding of machining and CAD methodology.
Exposure to operational excellence frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
Experience with process improvement and commercial viability.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Job Offer
